Remove the soil contaminated on the fuselage, lubricate the various parts of the machine, and release the coolant in the engine; replace the engine oil (the previous oil has been contaminated and contains moisture), when the engineering equipment is parked for a long time, the old oil is easy to Corrosion of metal parts of the engine. In addition, diesel fuel must be topped up. (Prevent structural parts, inner wall of diesel tank and other parts from rusting)

Second: remove the battery and store it indoors

The battery is easy to lose power in a cold environment (and in an extremely cold environment, if the electrolyte quality does not meet the requirements, it can also cause freezing and damage). If conditions permit, remove the battery and store it indoors. When disassembling the battery, first cut off the negative wire, and then cut off the positive wire; when installing, connect the positive wire first, and then connect the negative wire. In addition, because the electrical systems of construction machinery are all negatively grounded, this is to prevent short circuits when disassembling and assembling batteries. The battery should also be replenished in time (to prevent vulcanization and deformation of the pole plate and damage to the casing)

Third: the correct parking posture of the excavator

The engineering equipment should be parked on a solid and flat ground, and the front and rear of the crawler should be padded with wood, so as to avoid harsh environments such as humidity, saline-alkali, and dust as much as possible. The big arm, forearm, and bucket piston rod are all retracted, and the oil cylinder is in a large cavity state. After retracting, it is recommended to find a few pieces of cloth to cover the exposed cylinder piston rod. (Prevention of corrosion) For excavators with breakers installed, the following aspects should also be noted: if not used for a month, sleepers should be placed at the rear of the hammer, and then the nitrogen in the rear cylinder should be released, and the piston should be pushed to the middle cylinder. inside, and place it in a relatively dry place indoors to prevent the piston from rusting and causing damage to the piston oil seal.

Fourth: The excavator starts once a month

Start the engine to run once a month. Before starting, check whether the antifreeze and oil levels are in the normal position. If it is not enough, please add it in time. Start the engine, operate each cylinder for 5-10 times without load after idling for 5-10 minutes, and then operate each cylinder for 5-10 times under the condition of high throttle, and operate the left and right rotation and 5 times each of front and rear walking at the same time. Until the temperature of the water temperature gauge rises to the middle of the scale line, continue to operate the working device for 5-10 minutes and stop the engine. (to prevent internal corrosion and aging of seals)

Fifth: the air conditioner runs once a month

Run the air conditioning system once a month, first let the cab warm up, and then let the refrigerant circulate in the air conditioning system for a week, so that the sealing ring of the air conditioning system maintains a certain thickness of oil film to prevent the leakage of the refrigerant.

Sixth: pay attention to anti-theft

When the engineering equipment is parked outdoors, be sure to check and empty the valuables in the engineering equipment to prevent the items from being lost and stolen. (do a good job of anti-theft)
