1. Selection of loading location
During the loading process of the equipment, in order to improve the loading efficiency and save fuel consumption, the driver often builds a "platform" for parking. So what "function" does the platform play? The following are the three common states of equipment loading:
Building a "platform" shortens the lifting distance of the equipment working device, and saves labor in loading and unloading, and labor saving means that there is no need to use a large throttle, so it saves fuel.
2. Cylinder Angle Selection
Most of the construction conditions require close cooperation between the stick and the bucket. When the stick cylinder and the stick, and the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod form a 90° angle with each other, the driving force of the bucket/bucket cylinder is the largest, which improves the work efficiency.
3. Bucket angle selection
When the equipment is doing stripping and loosening operations, the construction angle between the bucket and the ground is very important. Generally, when the bucket is at an angle of 30° to the ground, the recovery forearm is nearly flat and vertical, which is also the most fuel-efficient angle.
4. Digging range of stick
Usually, the angle of the stick is from 45° on the far side (front) to 30° on the inside (rear), and construction is carried out when the torque of the stick is the largest; do not stretch the stick farthest inwards (the end of the cylinder stroke), the resistance is large and the efficiency is low And high fuel consumption.
5. Digging in layers and taking soil in layers
Regardless of the excavation conditions, especially when excavating foundations or digging trenches using layered excavation, it can not only make the edge of the excavated trench more orderly and ensure straightness, but also enable the three oil cylinders to work with the most relaxed load on soil dumping. Or take the surface soil first when loading the car, and never take it from the bottom first, because the upper soil is pressed and the lower soil will take more effort when the boom is lifted. As long as it can be dug full every time, there is no need to start from the bottom dig.
6. Coordination of working devices
Small excavators are basically equipped with bulldozing blades, and the frequency of use is quite high, which also causes the problem of the service life of the walking terminal! Therefore, when bulldozing, you can use a bucket to loosen the soil first, and then push it in layers. If you really can’t push it, try not to be reckless. Everyone knows that if it is really unavoidable, you can use your forearm to push while pulling, just like climbing a slope. The forearm is also used to assist, which can reduce the load of the walking motor to the greatest extent, protect the walking terminal, and prolong the service life. When digging trenches in layers, the speed will be very fast.
7. Avoid prolonged invalid idling
In daily construction, the idling time of many customers' equipment accounts for 40-50% of the equipment's running time. The oil burned by the engine during the idling time does not create any value, it is just wasted, in other words: it is "burning money". Take an excavator that works 2,000 hours a year as an example. If the idle speed reaches 40%, based on the fuel consumption of about 3.7 liters for one hour at idle speed, this excavator will generate about 20,000 yuan more in fuel costs a year. Look, isn't that a lot of expense?
