Failure analysis

Troubleshooting

1. The fuel supply of the equipment is mainly from the fuel tank through the pipeline connection into the separation and filtration of two oil-water separators, then passes through the third layer of oil-water separators, and then passes through the pressurization of the pump, and finally enters the fourth diesel filter element for filtration. .

2. The maintenance personnel checked the fuel filters and cleaned the internal filter. Checked the oil pipes and joints and found no blockage and leakage.

3. Check the cylinder pressure of the engine, and the pressure values are all within the normal range. Check the ignition timing of the engine, the fuel supply advance angle is normal and there is no problem.

4. The maintenance personnel removed the fuel delivery pipe of the fuel delivery pump, then started the engine and found that the amount of fuel passing through was very small, so they disassembled the fuel delivery pump and found that the slide valve in the fuel delivery pump was stuck, resulting in the fuel supply pump not supplying fuel!

Troubleshooting

After the fuel pump was replaced, the commissioning equipment returned to normal.

Because the oil used by the owner has not been replaced for a long time, there are too many impurities in the oil, which causes the internal spool valve of the oil transfer pump to be stuck.
