The breaker may be the most commonly used attachment for excavators except for the bucket, and after the hammer is attached, the excavator can make more money from work, but everyone knows that incorrect operation will cause great harm to the excavator itself.

The operation precautions are as follows:

(1) Every time the breaker is used, first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe of the breaker is loose; at the same time, for the sake of caution, check other places for oil leakage at any time, so as to avoid the oil pipe falling off due to vibration, which may lead to failure. .

(2) During the operation of the breaker, the drill rod should always be kept vertical to the surface of the broken object. Make the drill rod press the broken object tightly, and stop the work of the breaker immediately after breaking to prevent empty hitting. Continuous and aimless impact will cause damage to the front body of the breaker and loosening of the main body bolts, which can damage the main engine itself in severe cases.

(3) When crushing, do not shake the drill rod, otherwise the main bolt and the drill rod may be broken; do not let the hammer fall quickly or hit hard stones, which will cause excessive impact. And damage the breaker or the host.

(4) Do not carry out crushing operations in water or muddy ground. Except for the drill rod, other parts of the breaker body should not be immersed in water or mud, otherwise the pistons and other parts with similar functions will accumulate mud stains. This results in premature wear and tear of the breaker.

(5) When breaking a particularly hard object, start from the edge first, and do not beat continuously at the same point for more than 1 minute to prevent the drill rod from burning or the hydraulic oil overheating.

(6) Do not use the guard plate of the breaker as a tool to push heavy objects. Since the backhoe loaders are mainly small machines, they are light in weight. The boom is broken, and even the main engine rollover accident occurs.

(7) Carry out the operation when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted, otherwise the shock and vibration will be transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder body and thus to the main engine.

Maintenance of the breaker

Because the working conditions of the breaker are very bad, correct maintenance can reduce the failure of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine. In addition to the timely maintenance of the main machine, the following points should also be paid attention to:

1. Visual inspection

Check whether the relevant bolts are loose; whether the connecting pins are excessively worn; check whether the gap between the drill rod and its bushing is normal, and whether there is oil seepage between them, indicating that the low-pressure oil seal is damaged and should be replaced by professionals.

2. Lubrication

The lubrication points of the working device should be lubricated before operation and after each continuous operation for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Replace the hydraulic oil

The change of hydraulic oil quality varies depending on the working environment. The simple way to judge the quality of the oil is to observe the color of the oil. Fill the oil tank and oil filter with new oil.
