1. Common faults when the excavator engine burns oil: the air filter of the excavator turns black, the excavator car engine blows through, and the excavator oil is not replaced as normal or uses non-genuine excavator oil;

Solution: often clean and replace the excavator air filter, repair the excavator car engine, use the excavator oil in accordance with the regulations, and use the car oil that matches the excavator.

2. Deviation in direction during normal walking: It may be a common failure of the pressure regulating valve, and the valve core posture of the main actual operation valve is not good. Common faults of torque converter total range, LS valve destroyed, PPC valve destroyed, and common faults of operating pressure compensation valve;

Solution: repair the pressure regulating valve; repair the spool of the main actual operation valve; repair the torque converter; repair the LS valve; repair the PPC valve; repair the walking pressure compensation valve.

3. Do not move the machine during use: the posture of the supplementary oil pump in the main actual operation valve is not good, the torque converter valve is often faulty, the transmission system of the terminal equipment is not good, and the torque converter is destroyed;

Solution: Repair the oil supply pump, repair the torque converter valve, repair and adjust the transmission system of the terminal equipment, and repair the torque converter.

4. Common faults of equipment, walking, low rotation rate or fatigue occur in the hydraulic transmission system of the excavator: PC valve is not well adjusted; LS valve is poor; the valve is destroyed; the pressure regulating valve output control circuit hydraulic system is common Failure; common failure of hydraulic plunger pump; common failure of hydraulic plunger pump servo motor piston rod; incorrect adjustment of the main speed control valve; poor posture of the unloaded valve; destruction of the main speed control valve;
