When using the mini excavator, everyone will encounter an oil spill. As an important part of small excavators, cylinder oil leakage has brought a lot of trouble to everyone. So what is the reason for the oil leakage of the hydraulic oil tank of the mini excavator? What should be paid attention to when using excavating equipment to avoid leakage of hydraulic oil?

Under normal conditions, hydraulic cylinders have two types of oil leakage: external oil leakage and internal oil leakage.

1. The sealing of the piston rod and the protruding end of the piston rod is mainly caused by the pulling of the piston cylinder and due to aging.

2. The oil pressure caused by often exceeding the cylinder pressure range.

3. The piston rod is pulled up and has a groove and a pocket.

4. Oil leakage caused by defects on the cylinder block or cylinder end cover.

5. Cracks in the cylinder inlet and outlet pipe joints may also cause cylinder leakage.

6. The deterioration of the lubricating oil causes an abnormal increase in the temperature of the cylinder, which leads to the deterioration of the seals.

7. The sealing of the protruding end of the piston rod and the cylinder liner is damaged. This is mainly due to the long-term sealing and aging of the seals. In many cases, the upper end cover is too hard to be sealed and damaged, and there are many domestic hydraulic cylinders, and the manufacturer's design is unreasonable.

Oil leakage is caused by the deformation and aging of the main oil seal. Generally speaking, the main oil seal is prone to change and aging under long-term high temperature and high pressure and high speed movement. In this case, even a good oil seal has the possibility of deformation, and the possibility of a good oil seal modification is very small. After replacing the Y-type oil seal, there is no tension on the sealing lip, resulting in oil leakage.

When working, a large amount of dust and impurities will adhere to the cylinder rod. The dust-proof oil seal prevents dust and impurities from entering the cylinder and prevents damage to the cylinder and the oil seal. If the dust seal is damaged, the dust will directly enter the cylinder head and be directly damaged. If there is no oil seal for dozens of hours, the oil seal and the oil cylinder will wear out in a large amount of dust, and the inner lip will wear seriously.
