Excavator/Engine

1. Engine oil and oil filter elements must use regular brands and channel products, and regular inspection and replacement must be done;

2. Check the air filter element frequently. When the outer filter element has a lot of dust, use compressed air to blow it from the inside to the outside. The pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from being blown out. The inner filter cannot be cleaned. After cleaning the outer filter two or three times, it needs to be replaced together with the inner filter;

3. It is best to use diesel fuel provided by regular gas stations, and it needs to be filtered before adding (the more common method is to put socks on the fuel port);

4. It is not allowed to use idling work for a long time in order to save fuel and prevent carbon deposition.

Excavator / hydraulic system

1. The hydraulic oil, oil return filter element and pilot filter element should be checked and replaced regularly;

2. Oil shortage should be added in time;

3. After replacing the hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, pay attention to discharge the air.

Excavator/ Electrical System

1. Do not work in deep water;

2. Do not pile up debris in the battery box, so as not to cause a fire;

3. Do not use iron wire and copper wire to replace the insurance, and do not replace the insurance with substandard insurance;

4. When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable should be removed to prevent power loss.

Excavator/ Machinery System

1. Regularly replace the gear oil of the slewing reducer and travel reducer;

2. Pay attention to clean up the dirt and debris on the pin shaft part, and add butter;

3. For wading operations, the water overflows the rotary ring gear, remember to replace the butter in the rotary ring gear;

4. Pay attention to the rust prevention of the cylinder rod;

5. When the excavator is parked for a long time, apply butter to the exposed metal parts to prevent rust.
