Why did the excavator drop the chain
Excavator off-chain, commonly known as off-chain, means that the track is separated from the track formed by the drive wheel, supporting roller, guide wheel, and supporting sprocket.
So what is the reason for the chain drop?
1. The tensioning oil cylinder leaks oil, the work is abnormal, and the track is too tight.
2. Improper adjustment of the gap between guide wheels, brackets and wear-reducing plates.
3. Walking on the stone for a long time, the track force is uneven, the track pin is broken, and the chain is worn and broken.
4. There are impurities and foreign objects between the guide wheel and the track frame, and improper operation will lead to uneven force on the track, and eventually the track will be pulled and broken.
5. The oil leakage of the oil seal of the supporting sprocket leads to serious wear of the supporting sprocket, which will also cause the track to come off the chain.
6. The screws on the guide wheel are missing or broken.
7. The long-term working load is too large, and the wear and tear is serious, which leads to the derailment of the chain.
